Barcelona in daylight (2)

Barcelona in daylight (2)

Days ago from Hotel Acapulco we informed you about Barcelona under the point of view of Architect Antoni Gaudí.

Today we want to continue travelling around Barcelona in daylight, recommending you some places to visit if you go there to spend one day:

Monument to Colon

Built as tribute to Cristobal Colon, is placed at the junction of Ramblas and Colon Promenade. From the feet of its column there's an elevator to the top of the statue, where you can enjoy of the views of Barcelona.

colom

More than known promenade linking the harbour with the Catalunya Square. It's worth to walk slowly through Las Ramblas and enjoy of the shops sorrounding it. At the middle of it you will find the Theatre of Liceu.

Ramblas

Wax museum

One of the most emblematic and old of Barcelona, placed at the middle of the Ramblas. It's worth to visit and at the end, take something in the Fairy Forrest close to the museum.

Maremagnum

Next to the aquarium you'll find this space of leisure, shops and restaurants, where you can do shopping and eat or take something in some of its restaurants.

These are only some proposals we think are interesting and necessary when you visit Barcelona. Of course there are many others and you may not have enough time with one day to visit the capital.

If you come to Hotel Acapulco Lloret we will recommend these and other possibilities to spend a great day in Barcelona.

We wait for you at Hotel Acapulco Lloret!
