This 2012 season has come to the end and we left a good impression. We have been recognized as the 7th best hotel anticrisis according to customer ratings on Tripadvisor.

This recognition is the result of the daily work of the entire team of Hotel Acapulco Lloret along the season. All departments from rooms, restaurant and kitchen, bar, reception, maintenance, communication and administration ... we learned to row in the same direction and results have emerged.

Note that in the ranking are three hotels over Lloret de Mar, as the Astoria Park (1st place) and the Costa Encantada (8th place), from the blog of Acapulco Lloret want to congratulate both 4 * and reinforcing the image and the spirit that exists in the population to keep improving the service and how well it is perceived by the final customer.

We can only say you that from the hotel management and across of all employees we take a firm commitment to follow the path of the road marked and this story is not an end, is just a step towards a continuous improvement.
