Good afternoon everyone,

Today is an important day for the family and workers who are part of Hotel Acapulco Lloret. Today Monday 15th April 2013, we are a hotel with the official category of 4 stars.

Today is the culmination of a process that started a couple of years by different actions for improvement and equipping the hotel, have made this category increased 3 to 4 *.

The Acapulco hotel first opened our doors the 1970 season (I was not born yet) being a 1 star. In the mid 80's got the category of 2 * and the 3rd to the early 2000's.

This leap in quality is not an end point of arrival but on the contrary, a push forward with firm resolve to continue the path set that smallish've seen in my grandparents (Loreto and Narcís), my parents and my uncles after (Rosa and Vicenç, Dolors and Miquel) and now we (Montse, Jordi and Damià).

Wanting to keep up in this new challenge, we want to thank all of you, because without you (friends and clients) none of this would be possible.
