The new pictures in our rooms (2)

Days ago we explained you what’s hidden in some of the pictures of our new rooms. From Hotel Acapulco we want to finish this explanation telling you about the other images you’ll find inside these rooms when you come to visit us.

Boadella

Sa Boadella is some kind of a magic beach. Divided by three small beaches between its 250 meters, is one of the most quiet beaches in Lloret. You cannot arrive to the beach by car, you have to park it and walk five minutes through a path down to the beach. You have to know that this is a beach where nudism is allowed. And from Sa Boadella you can also visit Santa Cristina, placed just 10 minutes walking from this beach.

Quadre 1

Dona Marinera

This sculpture is place in the Coast Path between Lloret and Blanes (when you arrive to Lloret’s beach, you have to follow the coast path on your right for three minutes) up to a hill where the view is wonderful. This sculpture was made in 1966 by Ernest Maragall, and is a tribute to those women who care for their family while their husbands were gone to Americas trying to get fortune.

Santa Clotilde

Santa Clotilde gardens are one of the visits you cannot lose when you come to Hotel Acapulco. They are located in a fantastic place, at the top of a cliff, beside Sa Boadella beach. The views are spectacular. The gardens were designed following italian renaissance canon and made by Nicolau Rubió Tudurí. The viewpoints, the mermaids sculptures, the small corners hidden in the forest... You’ll love it!

Castle of “d’en Plaja”

It’s placed at the end of Sa Caleta, in the North side of main beach in Lloret de Mar (if you look at the sea, on your left). This house is not visitable inside, as is a private house built in 1935 by Narcís Plaja. It’s worth to visit outside and sorroundings, at the beginning of the Coast Path direction Tossa de Mar (two minutes walking from Cala dels Frares), because is a “photo” simbol of Lloret de Mar.

Sa Somera

The small beach in Canyelles. Canyelles is one of the biggest beaches in LLoret and the only one with a nautical port. Once in Canyelles, oin your left is Sa Somera, a small beach separated from Canyelles by a big rock. It’s the more quiet part of Canyelles.
