We are part of the Greentour project, which promotes the sustainable management of cultural and natural heritage within the tourism sector.
We have been certified by the Ethical and Sustainable Transformation Plan of Lloret de Mar, endorsing our roadmap towards a more conscious hotel model.

Food & Beverage area

Thanks to the UbikOS 360º system, we optimize resources intelligently and significantly reduce kitchen waste. We have redefined our gastronomic offering to reduce environmental impact:

Elimination of single-dose packaging: we opt for bulk service.
Replacement of canned or carton products with freeze-dried alternatives.
Yogurts in reusable glass jars.
Capacity control to avoid food waste.
Elimination of single-use plastic: we use more sustainable alternatives.
Digital labeling at the buffet to inform about allergens and pairing suggestions.

Reception and internal processes

Digitalization of 95% of processes, practically eliminating paper use.
Comprehensive selective waste collection plan.
Use of efficient technologies to minimize environmental impact in all areas of the hotel.

In March 2025, we renewed the Bioscore certificate, reaffirming our commitment to a greener and more responsible hotel model.
