with this post we would like to share with you a some data on a daily Acapulco activity and see how important it is to have a good team of professionals to manage.
This 2012 season we had the hotel opened a total of 209 days, about 7 months or what is the same, 21 days more than the 2011 season with an average of about 300 customers a day, involving some 63,000 rooms.
The countries of origin of our clients, in order of most to least, are Germany (20%), France (18%), Spain (16%), UK (11%), Russia (9%) ... demonstrating the diversity of languages and social behaviors of different nationalities.
At the restaurant, we applied a constant renewal of our menus, coming to offer seven themed menus during the week, with the 'Menu sailor' and 'Menu català' the most celebrated by our customers. The experience of serving more than 60,000 breakfasts, 48,000 dinners and lunches around 20,000 proves it.
More than 90 customers have decided to celebrate his birthday at Hotel Acapulco Lloret during this year 2012.
A level of achievement of this season, we are proud of:
- It was the winner of Best Sellers hotel Hotel Extras
- Being the 7th hotel anticrisis de Catalunya
- Appear 6th place out of 132 hotels in Lloret de Mar on Tripadvisor 187 according to customer feedback.
- Average of 7.9 according to the 409 traveler opinions on booking.com..
- And the many recommendations in our facebook fanpage currently reaching over 500 fans of Hotel Acapulco.
These four data encourage me to thank all our customers and friends all these awards and I want to announce that the 2013 season will be many more surprises and novelties, which we will inform you promptly ...
